Catch Me Online and ENTRY LEVEL JOB BOARD

Hope you are doing well, Ive got three talking points

1) I came across a job board specifically designed to find entry level roles 🙂 FINALLY !!

2) Ive been speaking to a bunch of people who want to change careers and feel like they have to start again! Ive told them that actually you don’t have to…sometimes it's about understanding the skillset you have and how you can apply it in different ways/industries whilst upskilling on the side.

One example is a teacher who wants to get into cybersecurity, they can pivot into a role as a cybersecurity awareness trainer, it leverages their current skillset without actually having to start again.

Another thing is some of you work for big big companies! The opportunity to career change is right in front of you it might just be a lateral move into an another department within your organisation which you can apply for internally. If you wanted to get into tech, find out the roles and people who work in the tech department of your organisation and strike up a chat over a coffee with people in that department…

3) I will be speaking at the SheBuilds Summit which is virtual on the 21st of November 🙂 Ill be a panellist on all things skills, confidence and networking.
